TRANSPORTATION CHAIR YDANIS RODRIGUEZ & STATE SEN. ESPAILLAT TO JOIN MTA & COMMUNITY RESIDENTS IN CUTTING RIBBON ON ROUTE CHANGE TO M100 BUS

New Route Modification Will Bring Much Needed Transit Option to NYCHA's Dyckman Houses Residents of Inwood

New York, NY-On Tuesday, July 1st, NYC Council Transportation Chair Ydanis Rodriguez will join NY State Senator Adriano Espaillat, the MTA and community leaders and residents in the unveiling of the new route modification of the M100 bus. The changes to the route will ensure that new swaths of the Inwood community, including residents of NYCHA's Dyckman Houses have another reliable public transportation option close by.

The M100 bus currently runs north and south along Broadway in the Inwood area, but with changes to the route, the bus will now turn on Dyckman St., travel east and west along Dyckman and then run north to south along 10th Avenue, serving a new community and alleviating the lack of transit options in the area.
