Effective April 01, 2024, the Georgia Ports Authority (“GPA”) will implement the following changes to MTOS 11:
MTOS 11 (Appalachian Regional Port) Rule 34-030 Empty Storage Computation
MTOS 11 (Appalachian Regional Port) Rule 34-200 Consolidated Rate for International Containers – Per Lift
