New York, NY -- This evening at 7pm at the Malcolm X and Betty Shabazz Center, Council Member Rodriguez will join artists from Upper Manhattan and beyond to celebrate their work at the second annual "ArtForo" Art Fair.

There will be a live painting performance on the second floor, plus a major gallery space showing beautiful artwork on the first floor. The event is specifically highlighting the work of Dominican and Dominican-American artists that have cultivated a hot-bed of creativity in upper Manhattan. Council Member Rodriguez will join the artists in celebrating their work.
