Council Member Ydanis Rodriguez's Final Decision in 
the Inwood Rezoning

New York, NY  - Council Member Ydanis Rodriguez will present his final decision for the Inwood Rezoning plan and he is inviting you all in the community to come to City Hall to hear his thoughts on the vision for Inwood. He will share his priorities of keeping longtime residents in their homes through the preservation of affordable housing and creation of new affordable units; protecting small businesses; leading in tech and STEM education; celebrating diversity through investments in Arts, Culture and CBOs; and nourishing green spaces.  Conversations about the Inwood rezoning started 3 years ago in 2015.

Decision Final del Concejal Ydanis Rodriguez acerca de la Rezonificación de Inwood

Nueva York, NY - El Concejal Ydanis Rodríguez presentara su decision final de su visión para el plan de rezonificación de Inwood y el esta invitando a todas la comunidad a venir. El Concejal compartiran sus prioridades de mantener a los residentes en sus hogares a través de la preservación de viviendas asequibles y la creación de nuevas unidades asequibles; proteger a las pequeñas empresas; líder en tecnología y educación STEM; celebrando la diversidad a través de inversiones en Arte, Cultura y Organizaciones de base comunitaria; y nutrir espacios verdes.

Las conversaciones sobre la rezonificación de Inwood comenzaron hace tres años en el 2015. La propuesta final se someterá a votación en el Concejo Municipal a principios de agosto.
