AED'S SAVE LIVES

Having an automated external defibrillator (AED) in the workplace is a life-saving measure in times of emergency. It is the only device that can re-establish a normal heartbeat during sudden cardiac arrest.

Sudden cardiac arrest is a leading cause of death worldwide and can happen to anyone, anywhere, at any time. That’s why it is so important to have an AED readily available.

MSA encourages employers to utilize the Sask Health Authority AED public access defibrillation program to register their AED location and availability.

To learn more about this free program click here: Public Access Defibrillation Access

If your worksite currently does not have an AED, MSA has established discounts with suppliers for your consideration. Click here for more information: MSA Member Discounts
