Executive in Residence Program Application Now Open

Executive in Residence applications are now open!
The Executive in Residence program is a year-long program of professional development for ESA leaders. Its purpose is to help develop national leaders for the future of ESAs.   The application period for the 2017-2018 Executive in Residence program is open now through May 15.

Why consider the Executive in Residence program?
The Executives in Residence Program provides a performance-based opportunity that includes:
  • A strong mentor component by CEOs of AESA's Executive Council and host organizations;
  • Access to a variety of leadership experiences; and
  • Participation with a cohort model, providing executives in residence with a national network and opportunities for peer communication.
The program commences in July at the Summer Leadership Conference and prepares our next generation of CEOs with the needed skills.

AESA Business Partner News

PlanMember Services is an AESA business partner. We feature our Business Partners in the Online News and encourage you to get to know them!

How can PlanMember Services can help your ESA?
  • Increase awareness about the importance of savings for retirement and getting started early in voluntary 403(b) and 457(b) savings programs. Participation rates nationally are 25% vs. 79% in the private sector.
  • Analyze whether your employees are saving enough to live a financially secure retirement. Do employees know what they will be receiving from their state retirement system's pension and/or Social Security and what savings gap they need to satisfy?
  • Increase employee productivity. Studies have shown all employees experience some level of financial difficulty that translates to morale, distraction and absenteeism issues. Employees with reduced financial concerns are more productive.
