Special Thanks
Thank you to our wonderful high school senior volunteers who spent the past several weeks at AFAC! Will, Tommy, and Francesca (pictured) came to AFAC through the APS Senior Experience program, while Ella (not pictured) came through her senior internship program from the Edmund Burke School in DC.
They supported our food distributions, sorted donations in the warehouse, prepped for our volunteer recognition program, and so much more. We are grateful for their contributions and wish them well as they leave for college!
Special thanks to Discovery Elementary for hosting a cereal drive for AFAC! Before the students left for the summer, they collected 444 pounds of cereal for families in need. Thank you so much!
