Mentoring Futures Program: Apply by March 31
The Mentoring Futures Program builds upon AFE's history of supporting the next generation of wildland fire professionals. With our 1st cohort of 16 mentor-mentee pairs well underway, we are now accepting applications for the 2nd cohort.

This year, we will also be offering professional development and career readiness opportunities for all participants.

In particular, we need more mentors to apply so we can match potential mentees with someone that fits their needs and professional interests. Mentors can be in any career stage, as long as they enjoy leading, listening, networking, and investing in the future!
