Honoring Our Veterans, One Flight at a Time

Thank You to the DAV Charitable Service Trust for Their Generous Grant

At Angel Flight NE, we believe those who have served our country deserve access to the medical care they need, no matter how far they must travel.

Thanks to the generosity of the DAV Charitable Service Trust, which recently awarded Angel Flight NE a generous grant, we can continue helping veterans overcome transportation barriers and access critical medical care.

One of the veterans we are honored to serve is Clyde, who travels from Bangor, Maine, to the VA Medical Center in Jamaica Plain, Boston, for specialized medical care. 

Through Angel Flight NE's Angels for Armed Forces™ program, Clyde has been able to make these important journeys with the help of our dedicated volunteer pilots, who generously donate their aircraft, time, and fuel to ensure he can reach his appointments.

Every flight represents so much more than transportation. It represents compassion, community, and a shared commitment to being there for those who have served our nation.

We are incredibly grateful to the DAV Charitable Service Trust for its generous investment in our mission and its dedication to fulfilling the promise to America's veterans.

Partnerships like this, together with the extraordinary generosity of our volunteer pilots, allow Angel Flight NE to continue saying "yes" when veterans and their families need us most.
