Happy (almost) New Year!

If you’re on social media (first, you should be following AFP Fort Worth!), you are probably seeing, and maybe even posting some ambitious new year’s resolutions.

Very few people will be sharing pictures of the moment that they quietly ease away from the good habits they resolved to keep in 2023. For me, that usually happens around the second week of January.

One of the easiest ways to stick with a good habit is to get it on your schedule and find someone to keep you accountable to it.
