Nominations for the 2023 Board of Directors of AFP Canada and the AFP Foundation for Philanthropy – Canada
Dear AFP Member,

Do you have an interest in advancing our profession at the national level?

If so, we invite you to consider applying for the Board of Directors for either AFP Canada or the AFP Foundation for Philanthropy - Canada.

Service on either board is a great way to get involved, be engaged and create meaningful change for our profession. It also offers you the opportunity to work with amazing leaders across our country.

AFP Canada and the AFP Foundation for Philanthropy – Canada are two separate organizations with distinct mandates. AFP members are encouraged to learn more about both organizations and to consider the opportunities for board service by following the links below.

If you are Black, Indigenous, a Person of Colour, a member of the LGBTQ2S+ community or a member of the disability community, we actively seek your interest and warmly welcome your application.

The deadline for nominations is Friday, September 9, at 11:59 p.m. EDT. Learn more and submit your nomination using the links below.

I.D.E.A Spotlight
Earlier this summer, AFP Ottawa announced that it was embarking on a process to undergo an Equity Audit and contracted INclusion INcorporated to work with us as we undertake this important work.

We believe that by advancing our commitments of I.D.E.A, we can have a meaningful impact on our colleagues, members and the communities we serve. Measurement and transparency are important components of the work we are doing with INclusion INcorporated.
