AFRA has been very diligent and busy this year proactively working on end-of-life issues in a manner that benefits the industry. Through active engagement of AFRA’s Board of Directors, the association continues to solidify and strengthen its existing position as an industry leader. This is being accomplished through actively seeking and participating on relevant industry committees which are focusing on sustainability and the global circular economy, responding to, and providing commentary to industry publications ensuring relevant information is being conveyed, and increasing recognition and acceptance of the AFRA BMP standards throughout all regions of the world.
