AFRA R&D Members -

The AFRA Research and Development Committee is getting ready to reconvene after a long hiatus during the pandemic.

AFRA has the opportunity along with Boeing, to obtain a section of 787 aircraft scheduled for recycling to explore and assess emerging carbon fiber recycling technologies. The committee will be led by Pete George, Associate Technical Fellow Engineer and SAMPE Fellow at Boeing Commercial Airplane-Product Development.

We would like to invite you to attend the 1st meeting which will be held Friday January 27, 2023, at 10:00 AM EST. Please reach out to AFRA staff if you would like to be involved.
