USACE CQM-C
LIMITED SEATING AVAILABLE
This program is held VIRTUALLY via ZOOM. This is a 2-day training from 9:30 - 4:00 pm each day. The instructor is Larry J. Smith, PE, CCM who is certified by the Sacramento District CQM Course Manager to present this training. The LIVE online training class uses PowerPoint presentation, workbook exercises with discussion, quizzes, case study exercises, a homework assignment, Pre-Test, & Final Exam..

Fall Protection Competent Person Refresher
In accordance with ANSI Z359.2 (5.1.3), all Fall Protection Competent Persons shall have a retraining course at least every 2 years to stay current with updated equipment and standards. This course is designed for those individuals who are currently responsible or assigned as a Competent Person in either a Construction (OSHA 1926) or General Industry (OSHA 1910) environment.

Trenching & Excavating CPT
The Competent Person Training Seminar covers the CAL-OSHA Title 8, Section 1540, 1541 & 1541.1 and Fed OSHA 1926 Subpart P. There is a high focus on Soils Analysis and Soils Classification as well as an in depth look at Hazard Atmospheres in Trenching and Excavation work. The course is roughly 7-8 hours

EM 385-1-1 40 Hour + OSHA 30 Hour
This course is for contractors, military and government employees who enforce or must comply to the EM385-1-1 US Army Corps of Engineers Safety and Health requirements. This class is taught by industry experts with hands-on experience whom will share “real life” scenarios. This forty (40) hour training course provides information relative to the US Army Corps Safety and Health Requirements Manual, EM 385-1-1. Compliance with the EM 385-1-1 is required of all contractors working on military contracts and projects, and this course is the building block to that success.
If the AGC San Diego does not have classes scheduled that you need, or in the time frame you want please call our Education Department. We will work with you on bringing classes to your site or any of our training facilities (Riverside, Orange, Lakeside, San Diego) contingent on you meeting the minimum class size requirements. Most classes can be offered online with a live instructor leading the class as needed and we also we are able to offer most Safety Classes in Spanish now.
