Week 13 on the Jobsite (AKA the Statehouse)

If the Statehouse were a jobsite this week, we’d call it “controlled chaos.” Everyone’s walking around with clipboards, a few folks are arguing over specs they wrote themselves, and somebody keeps saying, “Don’t worry, we’ll fix it later.” Meanwhile, contractors are standing there asking the same question we always ask:

“How does this affect the schedule, the bid, and the crew?”
