If the Vermont Legislature were a jobsite this week, we’d say we’re officially in finish work, but somebody keeps changing the punch list. Week 14 was less about big new ideas and more about tightening bolts, arguing over specs, and deciding what actually makes it into the final build before crews pack up for the season.


For contractors, the good news is: 

The workboard is coming into focus. 


The bad news: 

A few late‑stage change orders are still floating around.
