In light of current events, the Dallas A&M Club wanted to briefly discuss COVID-19 and how this complex and fluid situation impacts our organization. This is an unprecedented time and one that presents great challenges as precautionary measures are being undertaken across the nation to curb the spread of the virus.

The safety, health and well-being of our members, event participants, and volunteers are of utmost importance. Out of an abundance of caution, the DAMC has canceled all remaining club activities and events for the month of March.

The DAMC will continue to monitor all that is happening and will be following the guidance of federal, state, and local officials, as well as that of TAMU and The Association of Former Students, for our scheduled club events in April and May. As details are finalized, additional updates will be shared regarding Dallas Aggie Muster, the 28th Annual Aggie Crawfish Boil and Coach's Night 2020.

This is certainly an unsettling time, but we will get through this together. On behalf of the DAMC, we cannot thank you enough for the continued support we receive from our Aggie community here in Dallas County. If you, or anyone you know is in need of assistance, please don't hesitate to reach out to us.

Membership-related gifts are the foundation of our annual fundraising efforts and allow the Dallas A&M Club to award considerable scholarships each year to multiple deserving Dallas-area high school seniors that will be attending Texas A&M, to also occasionally contribute to important endeavors at Texas A&M, and to maintain club-related programs in Dallas County for former students of Texas A&M.
