AGM 2025 is only a week away - Saturday, May 24th at 10 AM! If you haven't done so already, there is still time to register and attend.

This email contains updated copies of the AGM documents, including the Annual Report and the Business and Finance Booklet. Reading through these documents, it is obvious that there are so many interesting things happening in clubs all across this province. It is an exciting time to be a member of CFUW.

The Business & Finance Booklet contains the Proposed Agenda for the AGM, the financial reports, links to the final versions of the 2025 Resolutions, and the list of clubs celebrating milestone anniversaries this year. Please feel free to share this information with other members of your club, especially those who are also attending the AGM.

For our voting delegates, it is strongly recommended that you attend a Voter Training session. There is one more session scheduled for May 20th at 7 PM. See the link below to register.

The 2025 Ontario Council AGM is being held virtually

beginning at 10 AM on Saturday, May 24th.

REGISTER FOR THE AGM

Registration is a 2-step process:

1. Please answer all the questions on the ZOOM registration form.
2. For your Voting Delegate: download and complete the Assignment of Delegate form for your Club. Forward the completed form to the OC AGM Credentials Chair and to your designated voting delegate.

VOTER TRAINING

To ensure that voting delegates are prepared for the electronic voting, attendance at one of the pre-AGM training sessions is recommended. These have been scheduled for:

• May 13th at 12 noon, and
• May 20th at 7 PM

Please sign up for one or both of these sessions here.

Please note that in order to vote at the AGM, each Club needs to appoint a voting delegate and complete the Assignment of Delegate form. As voting is being conducted electronically, a delegate may only hold ONE vote. Each club must select a voting delegate to represent them at the AGM. The voting delegate can be any member in good standing from any OC club.
