The Circle Craft Annual General Meeting on June 3rd, held online via ZOOM, is fast approaching and we want to be certain that all of you feel comfortable getting online to join us. As stated in a previous communication, we will be hosting a practice ZOOM session, exactly one week prior to our AGM, on Wednesday, May 27th at 3pm. We are holding this practice session for those of you who have no experience with Zoom and attendance is entirely voluntary. If you do plan to attend, though, we ask that you RSVP by simply responding to this email. If you’ll be using a device registered to somebody else, we’ll simply need their name as well so that we can recognise you in the virtual waiting room. For those of you who would like to join us, you will use the exact same link/password for both the practice session and the AGM:

For those of you asking yourselves "What is ZOOM?", "Where do I find ZOOM?", or any other questions related to the platform, please feel free to respond to this communication or email me directly at david@circlecraft.net and we'll make sure you're ready before the practice session next week.
