AGUA Masters Weekly Newsletter
A Note from Coach John
Get ready for more time in the pool! Starting this week on the Upper East Side, if you come to the 6am practice on Tuesdays and Thursdays you may be able to stay for the 7am practice as well. If there is room, 6am swimmers are invited to join some, or all, of the 7am practice. Here's what you need to know:

  • You must make a reservation for the 6am practice, you do not need to make a reservation for 7am.
  • All swimmers must exit the water between practices.
  • The workout will be the same at both practices.
  • Swimmers will be in the lane that matches their pace, there will not be a designated lane for folks who are staying for the second practice.
  • If the 7am practice is crowded, please understand that there may not be space for you to stay.

If all goes well, we will make this option available on Saturdays starting next month. If you have any questions, my door is always open. Please feel free to email me at [email protected].

See you at the pool,

–Coach John
