Making an Investment in Health

I started a new investment strategy this week. I am investing in my wellness. I've hired a trainer, subscribed to an online yoga program, purchased a set of steel maces, and I'm slowly getting back into the pool.

Masters swimmers are also people who invest in their health. In any given year, many of you swim hundreds of lengths of a pool. You stay focused and invest one of the most precious things you have—time—because you know it is worth it. The return on investment is unmatched; you live healthier, both mentally and physically. As 2020 draws to a close, I hope you take some time to be proud of what you accomplished in and out of the pool. Despite the year’s challenges, you’ve continued to show up for yourselves. As we head into 2021, I encourage you to continue to prioritize investing in your health.

USMS Membership

AGUA Masters has renewed its club registration with USMS. Your individual membership expires at the end of the year; please take a moment to renew. Registration with USMS is mandatory.

You may register for one swimming practice per day, at either Asphalt Green campus, up to two weeks in advance. View the schedule on TeamUnify.

Reservations for a two-week period open on Mondays at 10am. The second week of a two-week cycle is unlocked each Monday. Reservations are made on a rolling basis.
