Service Hours Update

Thank you to all of the families that volunteered at the BGNW, CP-AC, and NCAP Invitationals! All service hours are now accounted for on our website. Follow the instructions below to check your service hours.

Be sure to email Coach Caroline if you notice any discrepancies. Please note, job sign-up for the AGUA MLK Invitational will open next Tuesday, January 3, 2023 at 9am.

How to check the status of your service hours:

1. Visit our website and log in to your account.
2. In the top right corner, hover over your account name and click "My Account".
3. On the left side menu, hover over the fourth icon down and click "Invoices & Payments".
4. Navigate to the "Service Hours" tab.

Reminder: Upcoming Notable Dates

Don't forget to mark your calendars with our upcoming winter and spring 2023 events!

• Tuesday, January 24, 2023: Winter Cocktails with Coaches.
• Tuesday, February 7, 2023: Nutrition Talk with Beine Wellness for Senior Prep, Senior I, Senior II, and National.
• Monday, February 20 – Friday, February 24, 2023: Long course season group placements announced. If your swimmer turns 11, 13, or 15 by May 31, 2023, they will likely be placed into a new group for the long course season.
• Monday, February 27, 2023: Spring Schedule Begins (swimmers will remain in current groups until April 10, 2023.)
• Tuesday, February 28, 2023: Nutrition Talk with Beine Wellness for AG1, AG2, and AG3.
• Monday, April 3 – Sunday, April 9, 2023: AGUA team spring break. All practices are canceled.
• Monday, April 10, 2023: Long course group placements begin.
