Register to Learn About Performance Nutrition
Don't forget to register to join us for a Zoom presentation tonight, November 29 at 7:30pm to learn about nutrition and fueling for recovery with the president and owner of Beine Wellness Building, Erica Beine.
The recorded Zoom meeting is for athletes and parents and will consist of a short nutrition presentation where we'll learn how to individualize nutrition and recovery. Then, it will go into our partnership with Beine Wellness Building over the next year and the discounts the AGUA team can get!
Erica and her team have worked with over 30 Olympians, and currently, U.S. Olympians Caeleb Dressel and Catie DeLoof along with 13 Tokyo Olympians and many other national team members work with her. Explore the following links to learn more about Beine Wellness Building:

Asphalt Green ID Cards
All swimmers must use their ID cards to access Asphalt Green's Upper East Side and Battery Park City campuses at each practice. Swimmers will not be permitted to enter the facilities without swiping in with their ID.

- UES AG2 swimmers racing at the NCAP Invitational will swim from 4pm to 5:30pm at Asphalt Green's Upper East Side campus.
- AG3 and Senior Prep swimmers racing at the BGNW Invitational will swim from 5:30pm to 6:30pm at Asphalt Green's Upper East Side campus.
- AG3 and Senior Prep swimmers racing at the NCAP Invitational will swim from 6:30pm to 8pm at Asphalt Green's Upper East Side campus.
