Help Us Open Our Pools
Dear AGUA Families,  

Our hearts hurt seeing our pools sit empty. Swimming is an important mental and physical outlet for our community. We’re doing everything in our power to urge city officials to allow us to reopen and have presented comprehensive plans to open safely. However, despite our efforts, the response we have received so far is, “No.”  

The City has given us no feedback, criteria, or timing for reopening. Now, we are asking for your help. Sign the petition to open our community pools. Together, our voices have power.

Please share this petition with your friends and family. It has been a tough six months for all New Yorkers. Our pools are a bright spot, and we are confident that we can operate safely. Here’s to hoping we’ll be diving in soon.

Registration Update

Registration details for the 2020-2021 AGUA season will be provided as soon as Asphalt Green receives a reopening timeline for our pools from the State and City. We are continuing to monitor local guidelines and will update you as soon as information becomes available.

Hamilton Fish Registration
While we continue to monitor local guidelines for indoor pools in New York City, we are excited to offer our athletes pool time at Hamilton Fish Park from August 25 to September 4. All swimmers that would like to participate must register by tomorrow, Wednesday, August 26 at noon.

Coronavirus (COVID-19) Updates

In order to mitigate the spread of COVID-19, Asphalt Green has made the difficult decision to close both locations and suspend all programs and classes. We look forward to reopening as soon as possible.
