Reminder: Service Hours Update
Thank you to all of the families that volunteered at the BGNW, CP-AC, and NCAP Invitationals! All service hours are accounted for on our website. Follow the instructions below to check your service hours.
Be sure to email Coach Caroline if you notice any discrepancies. Please note, job sign-up for the AGUA MLK Invitational is now open.
How to check the status of your service hours:
- Visit our website and log in to your account.
- In the top right corner, hover over your account name and click "My Account".
- On the left side menu, hover over the fourth icon down and click "Invoices & Payments".
- Navigate to the "Service Hours" tab.

AGUA MLK Invitational

Who: All swimmers

When: Saturday, January 14 to Monday, January 16, 2023

Where: Asphalt Green's Upper East Side campus

Service hour sign-up is now available. View job descriptions here. As a reminder, all families must complete 10 service hours between October 2022 and July 2023 in accordance with our service policy.

Preliminary entries are now available. Please report any errors to your lead group coach by this Thursday, January 5 at 8pm.

Tentative swimmer call times:
- Saturday through Monday 12-and-under – 7:30am
- Saturday 1000 – 12:30pm
- Saturday 13-and-over – 1:45 pm
- Sunday and Monday 13-and-over – 12:45pm

Uniform requirements:
- Saturday – Black AGUA shirt
- Sunday – Dark gray AGUA shirt
- Monday – Light gray AGUA shirt
- All days – AGUA team suit and cap (a solid-colored TYR suit will be permitted if your AGUA team suit has not arrived or your athlete is 15-and-older)

Asphalt Green ID Cards
All swimmers must use their ID cards to access Asphalt Green's Upper East Side and Battery Park City campuses at each practice. Swimmers will not be permitted to enter the facilities without swiping in with their ID.
