Long Course Meet Updates
Memorial Day Time Trial
Swimmers will be permitted to swim three races and are assigned to sessions based on age, not practice group.

SATURDAY, MAY 29
Session 1: 10 & under swimmers
Check-in 10:45am; racing 11:30am; exit by 1:15pm

Session 2: 13-14 swimmers
Check-in 1pm; racing 2:15pm; exit by 4pm

SUNDAY, MAY 30
Session 3: 11-12 swimmers
Check-in 10:45am; racing 11:30am; exit by 1:15pm

Session 4: 15 & over swimmers
Check-in 1pm; racing 2:15pm; exit by 4pm

  • Final AGUA entries
  • Psych sheets will be e-mailed this week
  • Mandatory COVID-19 waiver - please sign and return to Coach Diana, electronically or hard copy, by Monday, May 10. Waivers must be signed by each parent, not the swimmer.

Session Times:
  • Preliminary flight A - call time 7:15am
  • Preliminary flight B - call time 10:15am
  • Finals - call time 4:45pm (Thursday 5:15pm)

Uniform:
  • Tech suits are permitted for this meet. Locker rooms are available only for bathroom usage. Swimmers must arrive and leave in the suit they will race in.
  • Thursday: Black AGUA shirt
  • Friday: Grey AGUA shirt
  • Saturday: Green AGUA shirt
  • Sunday: AGUA gold medal shirt

Please note: CPAC is not allowing spectators into the meet at this time. The event will be webcast online, details to come.
Action Required:
Declare Your Intent for the 2021-2022 Season
As we plan the 2021-2022 season, please let us know if your swimmer(s) intend to return to AGUA in the fall. 

We ask that all athletes declare intent by Friday, May 7. The 2021-2022 season will start on Monday, September 13, 2021 and will run through August of 2022. Information on schedules, group placements, and competitions will be shared as soon as they are available.

Forms must be completed prior to practice. Please be sure you are using the correct version of this form, located here and on the AGUA Swim Team website.
Sacred Heart Reminders
Sacred Heart has updated their check-in process effective immediately:

  1. The entry health survey has been updated. Please read all questions carefully. This form will continue to be updated as needed. 
  2. The entry health survey is a requirement. Too many people are not coming prepared. Swimmers should have the survey ready to show upon arrival. Incomplete surveys slow down the check-in process at the front desk.
Save the Date: 2021 College Recruiting Seminar
Join us for our 2021 virtual college recruiting seminar on May 22, 2021 at 11:30am. AGUA athletes who are current freshmen, sophomores, or juniors are encouraged to attend. This meeting is for athletes only; details about our parent recruiting seminar to come.

  • Senior II dryland is canceled.

Friday, May 14
  • UES AG2 Green will swim from 4pm to 5pm at Asphalt Green's Upper East Side campus.
  • AG4 Gold will swim from 5pm to 6:30pm at Asphalt Green's Upper East Side campus.
  • Senior I and Senior II will swim from 6:30pm to 8pm at Asphalt Green's Upper East Side campus. Senior I dryland is canceled.

Saturday, May 15
  • Senior I and Senior II will swim from 7am to 9am at Sacred Heart.
  • UES AG2 Green and Gold will swim from 9:15am to 10:15am at Sacred Heart.
  • AG4 Gold will swim from 8am 9:30am at Asphalt Green's Upper East Side campus.

Sunday, May 16
  • AG4 Green A and B will swim from 8:30am to 10am at Asphalt Green's Upper East Side campus.
