AGUA Earns Runner-Up Finishes at Eastern Zone Speedo Sectionals
Congratulations to our swimmers who raced this weekend in Ithaca, NY at the 2022 Short Course Eastern Zone Speedo Sectionals. AGUA took home two overall team awards:

  • Girls Team Score: Runner-Up
  • Combined Team Score: Runner-Up

AGUA was led by stellar relay performances, including four top-three finishes:

  • Silver Medal: Girls 400 medley relay (Maddy Wu, Bella Gary, Isabella Castano, and Sonia Seliger)
  • Bronze Medal: Girls 200 freestyle relay (Alia Basler, Azana Karim, Maddy Wu, and Sonia Seliger)
  • Bronze Medal: Girls 400 freestyle relay (Alia Basler, Azana Karim, Carter Roebuck, and Sonia Seliger)
  • Bronze Medal: Boys 200 freestyle relay (Eric Slavin, Tommy Uybico, Alex MacLennan, and Maximo Gonzalez)

The AGUA coaches would also like to congratulate Mia Slowik for earning a bronze medal in the 400 IM and Oliver Shao for establishing a new AGUA Team Record in the 13 to 14 boys 1000 freestyle. They would also like to thank Alia Basler, Daijin Dorsey-Reyes, Oliver Shao, and Tommy Uybico for standing out as RAD teammates.

Registration Now Open: AGUA Summer Swim Clinics
Registration is now available for AGUA summer swim clinics. Refine skills and gain a competitive edge in the water. All activities, including dryland training and nutritional awareness are designed for swimmers' specific needs.
