Great Work at AGUA Season Starter!
Congratulations to our swimmers on kicking off the 2022-2023 AGUA swim season, with many of you racing to new personal best times and heat wins! The AGUA coaches were proud to see the team working together and bringing positive energy to the pool deck.
We would also like to thank our family volunteers who helped us run a smooth and successful meet for all of the athletes competing.
We would also like to thank Hugh Batten, George Erich Gill, and Ava Smith for standing out as RAD teammates over the weekend. These swimmers exemplified our team values of respect, accountability, and discipline through their actions in and out of the water!

Register for Our 2022 College Recruiting Seminar
Join us on Zoom this Saturday, October 15 from 12:30pm to 2pm for our 2022 College Recruiting Seminar! The seminar will highlight steps to getting recruited for college as well as tips and tricks from AGUA alumni.
We encourage swimmers and families of athletes in the eighth grade and above to register and attend.

Save the Date: Fall Cocktails with Coaches
We are excited to be hosting our first virtual Cocktails with Coaches of the season Tuesday, November 8, 2022, at 7:30pm. Coaches will provide program updates followed by a Q&A session.
The event will be held on Zoom and sign up will become available in the coming weeks.

Be sure your athlete has the correct equipment and team suit for upcoming trainings and competitions. All swimmers are required to purchase the new AGUA shirt bundle for $10, available in our online team store. You may purchase multiple bundles.

Now Available: Free Officials Clinics Online | |
Metropolitan Swimming will offer a free, online stroke and turn judge clinic on Monday, October 17, 2022 for those interested in becoming a certified USA Swimming official.
The clinic will begin at 7pm and will run for approximately 90 minutes.
Relevant materials and a Zoom link to join will be e-mailed to all participants in advance of their clinic date. Register here.

- AG3 Green and Gold will swim from 4pm to 5:30pm at Asphalt Green's Upper East Side campus. Dryland is canceled.
- Senior Prep Green and Gold will swim from 4pm to 5:30pm at Asphalt Green's Upper East Side campus. Dryland is canceled.
- Senior I will swim from 5:30pm to 7pm at Asphalt Green's Upper East Side campus. Dryland will be from 4:45pm to 5:15pm.
