Ages 12 & under - 7:30am
1000 freestyle - 12:30pm
Ages 13 & over - 2pm
Sunday
Ages 12 & under - 7:30am
Ages 13 & over - 12:30pm

400 IM - 12pm
Ages 13 & over - 1:30pm
Uniform requirements:
Black AGUA shirt Saturday, gray AGUA shirt Sunday, green AGUA shirt Monday
Swimmers are only permitted to wear AGUA team suits or black, non-technical TYR suits

Reminders
AGUA Swim Team members are expected to use appropriate language and speaking volume at all times. The use of cell phones is strictly prohibited. Use a lock to protect your valuables.

Private Lessons
All swimmers may sign up for up to two private lessons per month, among all coaches, one during the first 15 days of the month and one from the 15th through the end of the month. Click here to log in and purchase your sessions.

One of the most critical parts of running a high-quality swim meet is having a team of certified and experienced officials. AGUA is fortunate enough to have such a great team of officials made up of AGUA parents – past and present.
Please help us maintain the tradition of staffing our meets with AGUA officials by getting certified. This is a terrific way to contribute to the team while also learning more about swimming.

AG4 Green and Gold will swim from 7am to 9am at Sacred Heart. Dryland practice is canceled.
BPC and UES AG2 Green will swim from 9am to 10am at Sacred Heart.
BPC and UES AG2 Gold will swim from 9am to 10:15am at Sacred Heart.
BPC and UES AG1 will swim from 10:15am to 11am at Sacred Heart.
AG3 Gold will swim from 10am to 11:30am at Asphalt Green's Upper East Side campus. Dryland practice will take place from 9:30am to 10am.
