Great Work at the 15-and-over Team Challenge! |
|
|
Congratulations to all who participated in the 2023 Metropolitan Swimming 15-and-over Age Group Team Challenge! AGUA's women's team was the overall team champion by more than 100 points. AGUA also earned runner-up honors in the combined team scoring!
|
|
|
|
Stella Anderson, Gillian Asch, Olivia Cauley, Imogen Miller, and Sienna Wiggins combined for three relay medals including gold in the 200 and 400 freestyle events. The team also came home with two individual event wins from Naomi Blau in the 200 backstroke and Kelly Hsu in the 500 freestyle.
The AGUA coaches would like to thank the following athletes for standing out as RAD swimmers throughout the weekend: Olivia Cauley, Imogen Miller, Max Packles, and Yahro Pique.

Athletes 12-and-over can sign up to volunteer at Big Swim on Saturday, April 29 — part of Asphalt Green's 2023 Big Week celebration!

Support young swimmers as they enjoy the thrill of a 25-yard race, complete with starting blocks and a timed finish. The event will take place in the AquaCenter at Asphalt Green’s Upper East Side campus.
AGUA swimmers will be assigned to help with timing, heat organization, and cheering on the swimmers. With your help, we can create a safe and rewarding experience for our community!

Asphalt Green ID Cards
All swimmers must use their ID cards to access Asphalt Green's Upper East Side and Battery Park City campuses at each practice. Swimmers will not be permitted to enter the facilities without swiping in with their ID.
