We MUST all work together to get all of our 2023 dues into HQ by December 31, 2023. Remember ALL new initiates get 2023 and 2024 dues credited if they are brought in the last 2 months of this year! Use this as an incentive!!

• Also, all ACTIVE military receive Free national membership of $50.00. That entitles them to all AHEPA benefits including scholarship opportunities for family (proof of active service needed).
• Encourage ZOOM or conference call meetings for those abroad, traveling or living in other cities for additional participation at meetings.
• The Supreme President is actively scheduling visitation between now and December 31! Please see if you can coordinate a regional initiation event for an official visit. If the SP can’t make it, we will ask another Supreme Lodge member to attend!
• The AHEPA Journey to Greece program is actively working to raise funds for the 2024 program in Greece. The committee has announced a dinner seeking sponsorships on Dec ember 17 in Moonachie, NJ. All are invited to attend and be supporters. The Gray Cliff Manor Catering Hall will be hosting this stupendous event at NO COST to AHEPA! Please make an effort to attend! A flyer will be forthcoming announcing the event.
• A reminder that AHEPA is planning an extraordinary event on May 22, 2024, in Washington, DC the 46^th Biennial AHEPA Banquet will be held May 22, 2024, at the historic Mayflower Hotel, please SAVE the DATE!

This year the June 1 deadline for delegates has been altered to assist in the preparations for the Convention overseas. All chapters MUST have a meeting in January or February to elect delegates.

PLEASE ELECT the Delegates and Alternates in January and send forms to AHEPA HQ immediately. 

Emails, fax, and or scans of the form are acceptable. The official custom forms will be available after January 15 when the membership totals are completed, so please send in your DUES now and elect your delegates in January. Blank forms will be made available on January 1, the custom forms will be ready after January 15.

Members need to have 2024 dues paid to be a delegate.
