Most Frequent Loan Purchase Suspense Trends
This month's most frequent loan purchase suspense trends are:

  1. All files should be uploaded to Lender Online in three (3) packages into Funding Package #3, as instructed by the revised Request for Funding Checklist and AHFA manual
  2. Missing evidence that the upfront MIP on FHA loans has been paid
  3. Title policy doesn’t show Alta 9 or cleared survey
  4. Missing Settlement Service Provider List dated within 3 business day of the initial 1003
  5. Missing MIN Summary for the 1st Note

Last month when we announced changes to the Step Up program and Origination/Sales Agreement, Brian Hunt, our Single-Family compliance supervisor, sent an email announcing these changes.

The email also asked you to complete a Branch Office Contact Form in order to update our branch manager and LO listings for each branch. We use this form to update email addresses and the lender databases on our website.
