This month's most frequent loan purchase suspense trends are:

  1. All parties listed on the Closing Disclosure not included on LDP/SAM/ELPS search
  2. Loan officer not signing/dating final or initial 1003
  3. Verbal Verification of Employment not dated within 10 days of the Note
  4. Third party verification or phone verbal verification not in file
  5. The Deed of Trust is not stamped “Certified True Copy”
