Alumnae Reunion Weekend Celebrations

Dear Alumnae,

Alumnae Reunion Weekend was a wonderful celebration of our class years ending in 0 and 5! We had decades of alumnae proudly representing their classes beginning with 1950s and ending with 2010s.

On Friday, there were a series of network and gathering events, each equally engaging. It was impressive to see some prospective students joining their mothers for tours of our campus and Legacy Families joining in the fun together. Earlier in the day, a memorial gathering and blessing was held as AHN's memorial garden was dedicated in honor of Brittany Boivin '09 (see photo). The day ended with our Social Hour at the Arts Center complete with various student performances (see video below), followed by a Q&A discussion reliving the special moments we've all shared "treading the boards."

Saturday began with our morning sessions led by alumnae Nora Matthew ’07, Christy Foster ’91, and tennis coach Jackie Fiore. Student ambassadors were on hand to greet and assist our alumnae.

The Rally Around the Bell Tower wouldn't have been complete without Penny the Panther and student ambassadors leading the way with cheers and speeches welcoming alumnae to their special day! Thank you to Father Yanas for his special blessing during our All-Alumnae Ceremony, and for sharing his family history of AHN during our Mother Marie-Rose Reception. We reinforced our school theme this year, Created with Purpose, Called to Belong when we inducted our 2000 and 1975 classes in the Circle of Silver and Gold!

We couldn't have asked for better weather on Sunday as alumnae and their young families enjoyed treats on picnic blankets and playing lawn games. There was a 50/50 raffle, DJ Ritz Carlton played all our requests, and Dr. Kilbridge wrapped the day by leading tours of the school.

Thank you to our alumnae volunteers Margaret Willard ’73 and Caitlin Willard '00 who set up our Mother Marie-Rose Reception, our Friday session volunteers and our AHN Archives team: Teresa Carlton ’98, Trisha McLean ’01, Jessica Perazzelli Ross ’98, and Kate Resler ’04 who worked tirelessly on our archives installations for this special weekend, Board Co-Chair Lissa Smith McNaughton '77 P'22 and Cindy Pettit '78 P '08, our Institutional Advancement team, student ambassadors, Ann Travers '81 P '17 '18, Teagan Waddingham, faculty and staff.

I hope you will consider joining us next year for our weekend filled with the same excitement and activities. If you want to start planning your class gatherings, I am always happy to connect with you!

God bless,
