ITR March 2024 Report

Consumers are proving rather resilient to economic headwinds and they drive much of the macroeconomy. Despite elevated Consumer Prices – up about 20% since the start of the pandemic – and high borrowing costs, consumers are buying a record volume of both goods and services. While real incomes are rising, declining inflation-adjusted savings suggest that some of this spending is being funded by lower savings. Read the full report here.

National Survey Data

AHTD has made available to AHTD members two different national compensation surveys - The National Sales Compensation and the National IT & Engineering Compensation Surveys - at a rate discounted by 70%! Published with the cooperation of the Employer Associations of America and offering an overview of the positions surveyed, a sample job description, and base salary along with variable pay all based on geography, company size, annual gross revenue, and industry, these surveys offer insight into the different ways organizations compensate these individuals.
