Tanya Austin, CELT's new Professional Learning & Micro-Credentials Program Specialist, brings over

30 of years of professional experience in leading, developing, facilitating and assessing innovative educational programs and training initiatives, most recently within the Ivy College of Business. Tanya holds a BA from the University of Northern Iowa, an MS from Iowa State University and is also a trained Career Coach and Gallup Certified Strength Coach.
