Nathaniel Hanson-Cook is Managing Director and Senior Wealth Management Advisor at OpenArc Corporate Advisory. He works with corporate executives, senior managers, and their families to address a wide range of wealth management needs, including investment strategy, education funding, retirement planning, and estate planning. Nathaniel takes a goals-based approach, helping clients clarify their aspirations and assess whether their resources are aligned to support them. His work is centered on answering two key questions: “Is it possible?” and “Do I have enough?”


Nathaniel holds the Certified Private Wealth Advisor® (CPWA®) designation, which he leverages to guide families through the complexities of estate planning and executive compensation. His work often involves navigating family dynamics and aligning them with each client’s financial goals using the most effective legal and investment tools available.

He began his career in wealth management in 2013 as a member of Merrill Lynch’s Global Corporate & Institutional Advisory Services (GCIAS) team, where he developed deep expertise in serving corporate leaders and high-net-worth families.

Steven Prediletto is Partner and Senior Wealth Management Advisor at OpenArc Corporate Advisory. With more than 25 years of experience in financial services, Steve leads a team that supports high net worth clients, including active and retired senior executives and board members from some of the firm’s most strategic institutional relationships. His practice also serves the unique needs of entrepreneurs who run small and medium-sized businesses.


Prior to OpenArc, Steve was a founding member of Merrill Lynch’s Global Corporate and Institutional Advisory Services (GCIAS) team and has been recognized throughout his career for client service and industry leadership.


Outside of work, Steve enjoys a wide range of personal interests and community involvement. He is a licensed private pilot, advanced open water diver, technophile, and world traveler. He lives in Brookhaven, Georgia, with his wife Brie and is a proud uncle to four nieces and nephews. Together, they support several local and national charities including Make-A-Wish Georgia, Georgia Fugees Academy, Blue Ridge Conservancy, Atlanta Children’s Shelter, Trees Atlanta, Habitat for Humanity, and Atlanta Humane Society.
