• Led enterprise technology, retail systems, cybersecurity, cloud transformation, ERP/POS/WMS programs, infrastructure, and global IT operations.
• Built and scaled high-performing technology organizations, including a modern North American IT operating model and a 50+ person global retail technology delivery organization spanning multiple geographies.
• Board-facing CIO with experience presenting technology strategy, transformation progress, cybersecurity, enterprise systems, and business updates to executive and board-level stakeholders.

• Modernized core retail platforms through a multi-year cloud transformation across merchandising, warehouse management, sales audit, and analytics, eliminating EOL risk, avoiding $1M-$2M+ in on-prem hardware refresh costs, reducing recurring IT issues, and creating the foundation for next-generation retail systems.
• Built and scaled a modern North American IT operating model, bringing critical application, store systems, infrastructure, and cybersecurity expertise in-house, reducing external vendor spend by an estimated $2M+, improving delivery speed, strengthening vendor management, and reducing recurring critical production incidents.
• Led retail transformation initiatives across store operations, finance, and merchandising, generating meaningful labor savings through self-checkout, increasing customer throughput during peak travel periods, and improving vendor payment performance through AP automation.
• Strengthened cybersecurity maturity by expanding endpoint protection, vulnerability management, phishing awareness, SIEM, Global SOC operations, data protection, supplier risk management, and governance, improving resilience, compliance readiness, executive visibility, and threat detection and response.

Led IT new market entry and new store opening programs, improving speed and consistency of international retail expansion while reducing IT support and project fees by approximately 30% annually through procurement discipline, vendor management, and standardized delivery practices.
