Congratulations to Charlie Setterfield, AIA, who was elected AIA Ohio Secretary for 2023 during the July AIA Ohio Board meeting. Charlie is a past president of AIA Dayton, and is currently serving his last year of a 3-year term as AIA Ohio Director. Charlie will serve as aia Ohio Secretary for 2 years, then progress to President-elect and then President of AIA Ohio.

Join AIA Dayton for a Roundtable Discussion with Dayton Mayor Jeff Mims and City Staff

AIA Dayton is continuing its tradition of periodic meetings with city officials. These were discontinued during COVID, with the last in-person meeting being held in December 2019. Join us for this in-person meeting at Sinclair Community College, where Mayor Jeff Mims and many of his staff, will join us to discuss City of Dayton procedures for plans submissions, downtown improvements, and upcoming items of interest to the design build professionals.
Representatives have been invited from many city departments, and a listing will be provided prior to the meeting. Bring your questions for the City, and get to meet all the players.
There will be refreshments at 8:30 am, followed by the Roundtable discussion, which will be moderated by Dave Bills, AIA.
