OKC FOUNDATION FOR ARCHITECTURE

Drinks X Design - Event Hosts Needed

We're looking for architectural firms to host at this year's Drinks X Design event!  It can be at your office or one of your projects.

Here is additional information about the event:

Drinks X Design is a multi-stop tour highlighting OKC's outstanding design firms and unique food & beverage offerings. An intimate group of 50 guests will visit your firm or recent project where you have the opportunity to highlight your work and the role of design in our local community. At each stop guests will enjoy a sampling of beer and food from local breweries and restaurants before continuing on to the next stop of the night.

This event serves as a fundraiser for the Oklahoma City Foundation for Architecture. As such, we request that each firm partner with a restaurant and/or brewery - perhaps a past, current or future client. Firms will coordinate directly with their partners to either request that items be donated or cover associated food & beverage costs for 50 people.

Event Date: Evening of Friday, November 16, 2018 (6:00 - 9:00 p.m.)

Participating firms are responsible for:
  • Partnering with a restaurant and/or brewery to provide food & drinks
  • Coordinating with selected partners before & during the event
  • Supplying the Foundation with a brief firm description & logo
  • Any SWAG to be included in a goodie bag given to each guest
Participating firms are provided with:
  • Publicity through various media outlets
  • An eager audience of 50 design fans
  • Plastic cups, plates & utensils
  • Partnering assistance if needed
  • OCFA liaison & volunteer to assist during the event

It is truly a fun-filled night and we sincerely hope to include your firm during the 2018 Drinks X Design!

If you are interested, please contact Melissa at [email protected]
