You can change your password from the app login page by clicking “reset password,” and entering the email used for your conference registration. Then, update your MyProfile. Review and update your profile by clicking the MyProfile icon and then the “edit” button in the top right. From this page, you can add your contact information, a photo, and manage your data privacy. Please note, your MyProfile icon may appear on the second page.

Mobile App Tips and Tricks

Tip #1: The mobile app will be updated onsite so be sure to look for the Sync symbol on the top right of the app home screen. By staying in sync, you'll always have the most up-to-date schedule and location information. Tip #2: Create your own custom schedule via the Schedule icon. Click the box to the left of each session title to add it to your “MySchedule.” Click on the MyEvent icon to view the “MySchedule” page.
