September 27, 2025

on Zoom

1 PM-3 PM US Eastern time

2 hours

Free for AIIC USA, AIIC Canada, AIIC Brazil, TAALS, and for interpreters working in the UN family.

Professional conference interpreters experience more and more vicarious trauma even if they do not directly participate in military activities or are involved in on-site operations.

Whether dealing with distressing testimonies, crisis situations, or emotionally charged negotiations, interpreters can absorb the emotional burdens of others without even realizing it.

This webinar will explore these topics from the points of view of a professional psychologist specializing in trauma and anxiety.

After you register you will receive a link to the Secondary Traumatic Stress Scale that will allow you to evaluate your level of trauma.

Free for AIIC USA, AIIC Canada, AIIC Brazil, TAALS, and for interpreters working in the UN family.
