HYG Aftersales recognizes your hard work, and we want to reward you for it. We are excited to offer rebate payout opportunities for exceeding sales targets and the opportunity for a trip to tropical Montego Bay!

We challenge our dealer partners to AIM-HY in 2022 by leveraging the Aftersales Incentive program to your advantage. We will host a Team Up session to cover the details of the program and answer any questions you may have. A meeting invitation will follow this announcement.

The AIM-HY Incentive Program runs from 
January 1 - December 31, 2022 and includes:
  • Genuine “OEM” Parts
  • UNISOURCE (All-Makes & Accessories
  • Motive Batteries (Li- ION/Lead Acid & Chargers)

Genuine Parts Sales Growth Challenge
  • We are awarding 40 Aftersales Recognition trips to the dealers that achieve the highest sales growth percentage during 2022

As an added incentive we are going to award
  • 1 trip to the top dealer division that achieves the largest growth percentage within the UNISOURCE category.
  • 1 trip to the top dealer division that achieves the largest growth percentage within the Motive Battery category.
REBATE SUMMARY
Incentive Guidelines
  • Rebate targets were set on seven (7) year replacement Retail Asset Value (RAV) benchmarks rather than a ’last year’s results plus x’ approach
  • Rebate targets have been established at the Ownership/Enterprise level.
  • Rebate targets will be provided to each dealer by your Regional Aftersales Manager following the distribution of this announcement.
  • Rebates will continue to be paid in the form of a miscellaneous credit to the dealer general ledger account the month after the dealer exceeds target objectives.
  • Rebate credits can be distributed to multiple dealer divisions by request.
  • This program may be modified or terminated at any time at the sole discretion of Hyster-Yale Group.
  • Dealers will be categorized into 4 groups based on size for Genuine OEM Parts Sales Growth Challenge.
  • 40 of the trips will be awarded proportionally by dealer divisions competing in each group. (Baseline for parts sales growth will be YOY 2022 vs 2021).
  • 1 trip will be awarded to the top dealer division that achieves the largest growth percentage within the UNISOURCE category.
  • 1 trip will be awarded to the top dealer division that achieves the largest growth percentage within the Motive Battery category.
