Statewide Release

ALERT
PASID System Down

The PASID system will be down and unavailable starting December 17 through January 5. What this means is that the process of assigning PASIDs to new adults in eData will be interrupted.

Beginning December 18, users should not add new adults or roll over adults who do not have a PASID. Generally, roll over adults without a PASID are from before program year 2008-2009.  All other data entry in eData may continue, and agencies are still responsible for the data they are able to enter during this time.

Any near matches resolved on December 17, should resolve by January 6, though since the PASID outage will interrupt the routine of updates between eData and PASID, there may be issues with the resolution of these near matches. If we confirmed with you that a near match is resolved but it is not unlocked in eData by January 6, please let us know.

On January 6, eData Tech Support will check that the PASID system is back online and send out another message via its listserve to let you know that you may resume entering new adults and roll over adults without a PASID.

We apologize for the lateness of this notice, eData Tech Support was not not informed until the morning of December 18th. Please contact eData Tech Support at 1-877-857-8869 if you have any questions.
