New Range of Water-based Adhesives for Vehicle Flooring and Interiors
Techsil are pleased to present a new range of high performance, water-based 1 and 2 part adhesives. Specifically engineered to bond: PVC flooring, most plastics, wood, leather and synthetic leather, textiles, cotton fibres and wood fibres. These solvent-free adhesives are ideal for vehicle interiors in applications such as flooring, door panels and inserts, insulation materials and leather/vinyl wrapping.

Techsil® Introduce New Range of Cleaners & Solvents for Electronics
Thanks to our recent distribution agreement with MG Chemicals, Techsil has launched a new range of cleaners and solvents for sensitive electronics components, which help deliver better performance in applications from flux removal and lubrication to priming and preparation for use with adhesives.

Glob Top Adhesives Deliver Better Flow Control & Precise Dispensing
Formulated specifically for the consumer and general electronics industry, Techsil introduces two new adhesives with a low halogen content from manufacturer Panacol: Vitralit® UD 8050 and Structalit® 8838 provide encapsulation of electronic components on PCBs and allow better flow control and precise dispensing on individual components due to their intrinsic viscosity.

Range of Optically Clear Encapsulants Deliver Enhanced Performance for Electronics
The specifications for the electronics market are high, with many design engineers looking for products offering brilliant long term clarity, good protection from environmental factors, along with excellent thermal characteristics.
Techsil have launched a range of four new optically clear encapsulants designed to have, in particular, an excellent refractive index and great UV stability; perfect for potting LED lighting assemblies for example.

New UV-Adhesive for Bonding Elastomeric Materials
Rubber substrates are very difficult to bond. Traditional methods have drawbacks: Cyanoacrylates have low impact strength and quickly become brittle. Bonding with solvents can be hazardous in the workplace.
Techsil presents a new solvent free, transparent UV-adhesive with excellent flexibility and environmental stability. Vitralit® VBB-2N LV features low viscosity and is ideally suited for bonding elastomeric materials.
Due to its extremely low viscosity Vitralit® VBB-2N LV is suitable for large area bonding as well as applications where the gap size is very small.

This system converts the pneumatic tec™4500B reservoir glue gun into a statically mounted, foot operated glue station. When combined with the programmable tec4000-TK Timer Control unit it dispenses a precise amount of moulding hotmelt in a set time making neat beads, dots and fills. Easy to set up, it enables hands free application thereby significantly improving productivity and usability.
