New Optically Clear Flexible Adhesive for Bonding Displays
Vitralit® 50004 is a one-component uv curable acrylic adhesive with ultra-low viscosity used for bonding displays and laminating optics. It adheres to many substrates including coated glass, PET, other plastics and films. With low viscosity it fills cavities without trapping air and cures quickly with minimal shrinkage avoiding stress between substrates. Once cured, Vitralit® 50004 is very soft avoiding display distortion and delamination.
Large-surface bonding or lamination of displays can be optimized by using Hoenle's LED Spot 100 curing system.
