In Tests, Our New Silicone Conformal Coatings Out-Perform Competitors
ECC3011 and ECC3051S silicone conformal coating materials from Momentive employ a unique formulation that help prevent corrosion on vital PCB components and surfaces. Dispelling the commonly held perception that silicones, due to their higher gas permeability, are at a disadvantage in corrosion prevention. In tests performed by Momentive in accordance with IEC standards, these new silicone formulations out-performed other conformal coating materials for corrosion prevention, including acrylics, polyurethane, polyolefin and competitor silicone formulations.

Techsil to supply Nordson EFD Fluid Dispensing Systems
Techsil is delighted to announce an agreement with fluid dispensing systems specialist Nordson EFD. Techsil will become distributors of Nordson EFD's vast array of high performance application equipment, precision fluid dispensing systems and accessories. The range includes benchtop dispensers through to high performance automated dispensing systems.

Techsil Introduce New Range of Automotive Tapes
Techsil has developed a range of easily applied adhesive tape solutions used to affix exterior badges, emblems, nameplates, trims and decorative embellishments in place. These tapes meet even the most demanding material attachment and mounting requirements and can be used with a wide variety of OEM paint systems and substrates, including painted surfaces, ABS, polypropylene, stainless steel, aluminium and chromed metals.

Our new leading edge PUR Form-in-Place-Foam-Gasket (FIPFG) service is the economical and reliable solution for replacing labour intensive peel and stick gasket applications. Techsil's breakthrough Contract Gasketing Service uses sophisticated six axis robot dispensing systems that provide the perfect bespoke gasket every time. Short cycle times save time and money. If you manufacture small volumes or have intermittent production, then subcontracting your FIPG system will be very cost effective.

Tissue Tape Scores 10/10 for Versatility
D3051 double sided translucent tissue tape is hand tearable, making it quick and easy to apply. The acrylic adhesive gives a strong bond even at high temperatures such as 120°C and withstands low temperature down to -30°C. This is a versatile tape used in many applications including paper splicing, plastic bag sealing, name plate bonding and seamless cardboard bonding.
Print & Graphics Industry -
D3051 is used on auto splicing equipment fitted to sheet feeders. The D3051 automatically joins the new roll in the cardboard corrugators' lines.
Automotive -
D3051 is used in the manufacture of automotive seating. It is used to hold the foam in place whilst the leather outer is stretched over the frames on armrests.
D3051 can be cut to the required widths in line with equipment requirement.
