Panacol have a new brochure with innovative adhesives and sealants solutions for printed circuit board (PCB) production. The new brochure contains information about Panacol's range of: Flip chip underfills; Glob top sealing compounds; Adhesives for attaching components on PCBs; Conformal coatings and UV and thermally curing adhesives. Additionally there is information about the newly released Structalit® 5610, a super-fast curing SMD adhesive.
A rising star in Techsil's portfolio is Techsil PU23955 - a new pearl/opalescent polyurethane resin used to encapsulate electronic devices containing LEDs. It cures to a tough, scratch resistant, opalescent material that diffuses transmitted light. The cured resin allows high transmission of diffused light but hides the underlying electronic components offering the electronics environmental and visual protection.
The new LOCTITE® HY 4080 GY Universal Structural Bonder is ideal for joining dissimilar materials on products destined for operation in challenging conditions such as extreme temperatures and high vibration. It is one of a new breed of adhesives that are based on Henkel's new, patented hybrid technology that combines the most critical attributes of different adhesives - bond strength, durability and speedy fixturing and cure speed.
The HoenleUVACube 100 is a compact UV curing light chamber for laboratory use and manufacturing by hand. Its optimised lamp reflectors and interior provide uniformed irradiation whilst its manually operated shutter allows it to meets the highest demands in operational safety and ease of use.
