Now that we are a few weeks into an historically very busy period, we are experiencing a large uptick with the number of trips that are being booked on a daily basis, and we expect the trend to continue.
As you likely know, post-pandemic vehicle availability across the country continues to be very limited as our industry has not yet seen widespread increases in the number of vehicles being added to fleets, despite best efforts to do so.
To ensure your bookings go smoothly, please follow these guidelines:
Continue to book your trips well in advance. It is also vital that you provide us with accurate start and end times for your reservations. There is a high likelihood that we will not be able to accommodate last minute changes. Thus, please review all details on your trip confirmations to ensure accuracy.
Advise your passenger(s) that if they have any difficulty locating their driver at the time of their pick up, they must call our HQ office so we can assist connecting your passenger with their chauffeur. Please keep in mind if a call to our office is not made, it will result in a late cancellation charge.
