Experience and Passion Sets Her Apart
Monica Wilson is an experienced administrator, trainer, facilitator, and educator with a passion for seniors, technology and connecting people and processes. She currently works with large and small assisted living communities on licensing and compliance, operations, policy and procedure development, emergency planning and leadership training.

Monica’s ALF Core Competency Exam passage rate is consistently one of the highest in the state, due in large part to her years of experience of training and development for senior living communities and associations throughout the state. She is an approved Assisted Living Core trainer by the Florida Agency for Health Care Administration and an approved Alzheimer’s trainer by the Florida Department of Elder Affairs. She has a Master of Science in Gerontology and is currently an adjunct instructor at Palm Beach State College.
